WHERE IS SUMMERSTAGE?

SummerStage is located at The Stone Pony (913 Ocean Avenue Asbury Park, NJ 07712).

IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE STONE PONY?

Yes, please visit the Directions tab in the About section.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

There is street parking which is paid by meter, or download the Asbury Park Parking app. There are also paid lots located on Fourth, Second, and Lake avenues. Parking in the summer can be a challenge, so a car service or public transportation is a smart choice. Click here to reserve a parking spot in advance through our Laz Parking partner.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE EVENT?

6:00-10:30 PM. Arrive early for the full experience.

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO BRING/NOT BRING TO SUMMERSTAGE?

You are allowed to bring:

• Average size bags/small backpacks
• Hats, sunglasses, your phone – basic things you need to enjoy your time at SummerStage!

The following list of items should be left at home when you attend SummerStage. SummerStage reserves the right to determine what items are deemed appropriate for entry. In 2024, the following is not permitted at SummerStage in Asbury Park:

• Weapons, firearms, knives, pepper spray/mace
• Fireworks
• Video cameras/drones/professional cameras and recording devices
• Animals (except service animals)
• Alcohol
• Outside food and beverage
• Glass, cans, aluminum, bottles
• Coolers
• Large oversized bags/backpacks such as luggage, duffel bags or industrial/camping sized backpacks
• Blankets
• Chairs of any kind
• Umbrellas
• Hula hoops, light toys/gloves/ etc.
• Drugs or paraphernalia. Prescription drugs will not be allowed into the venue unless they are in a prescription bottle. The ID of the person holding the prescription must match the name on the bottle.

DO YOU HAVE A BAG/COAT CHECK?

Sorry, we do not offer a bag or coat check. We apologize but cannot be responsible for items left outside the venue.

ARE THERE SEATS AT THE VENUE?

The venue is general admission standing room only. However, there are bar stools through the venue available on a first come first serve basis.

IS THERE FOOD & DRINK FOR SALE AT SUMMERSTAGE EVENTS?

There is Bubbakoos Burritos and Rocco’s Pizza.

Guests must be 21+ and must show a current valid federal or state ID to buy alcoholic beverages. You can purchase up to two drinks at a time per ID.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED AT SUMMERSTAGE?

Only e-cigarettes are permitted, regular cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

IS SUMMERSTAGE ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes. Accessible entrances, exit points, and seating are available for every event.

IF IT’S GOING TO RAIN, IS THE SHOW STILL ON?

All SummerStage events are rain or shine unless the weather poses a danger to audiences or performers. We may need to postpone or cancel if conditions are dangerous – lightning, high winds or flooding, for example.  We will make announcements on Facebook, Twitter and our website in the event we need to cancel, while it is extremely unlikely.

HELP, I’VE LOST MY TICKET/EMAIL CONFIRMATION!

Please go through Ticketmaster for more assistance:

• Log into your account
• On the “My Events” page, choose the order you need help with
• Then click “See Details” to get to the “Event Details” page
• Once you are there, click the ‘Contact Us’ button.
• Their Virtual Assistant is available 24/7 to answer questions. If you need further assistance, they will transfer you to an agent.

SUMMERSTAGE PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

While attending a SummerStage performance, our photographer may take a photo of you. All photos and videos taken are permitted to be used publicly in future City Parks Foundation & SummerStage promotional materials.
